Study on the Distribution Pattern of Threshed Mixture by Drum-Shape Bar-Tooth Longitudinal Axial Flow Threshing and Separating Device

To determine the distribution pattern of threshing and separating device, simulation experiment on our self-designed drum-shape bar-tooth longitudinal axial flow device was carried out with help EDEM software, by which radial curve threshed mixture along cylinder acquired. The three-dimensional mass drawn using Matlab bench test self-built small-scale performance platform, consistent conditions. results showed that uneven, decreased gradually, mainly distributed in first third section cylinder. area gradually decreasing at then increasing, i.e., total left right sides higher than middle area, basically results. research can provide reference for optimization structural parameters cleaning system.
